Hi again, Are you connected to Ann Rogers Link, dau. of John Robers? Lucy Gill Black(Robert) is on my line and she was a granddaughter of John Rogers. Her mother was a sister to Ann. She died young and I cannot find her name. She married Peter Gill and had Lucy, William and Patsy. If you can get to (marshallstyles@yahoo.com) there is a lot of info. I do not know if he is still living. I am looking for the parents of Henderson Black born 1806 in Person Co. N. C. Had gone back to the 1700s and gotten wills then found out Robert who married Lucy Gill died 1n 1801 and found a list of his children and Henderson was not one of them. I know Lucy brought him thru Tn. and into Ky. gave him land. Cannot find out who gave birth to him, sooo I am stuck. His ganddaughter married a Rogers, so I need to know if there was a connection or if it was a different set of Rogers. My Rogers was Albert George Rogers born in 1812, born in Tn. His father was born in Va or N. C. and his mother was born in Tn. and part Indian. I noticed you had Indian mentioned. Also the one that married a William Rogers in 1823 could be Albert's brother, he had a brother named William. If you have info. please send to my e-mail
