Hi,
Peter Rogers lived right next to Lawsons creek..next to my Salmon family...who lived in Halifax Co Va. I have a friend who is in the Turner family, he has been searching that family for a while..
Sarah Wood, married Henry Salmon who was the son of John & Susannah Salmon of Halifax Co va. Henry died in 1835, his children moved into Tn and MO. One was a daughter named Sarah Wood Salmon who married a William Rogers... people believe she was Indian because of a photo of her and it says second wife of William Rogers..hope this helps..
If any of these names ring a bell let me know..
