Henry Farley married Nancy Ellen White in Mecklenburg Co Nov 2, 1814. Does anyone else research either the Farley or the White family? by 1830 were in Lawrenceville, AL and then they lived in MS, and eventually became early settlers in Texas. Henry died before his land claim could be completed, so their daughter, Elmira Susan and Mary Ann, came into it. This is my Henry, I think: 1830 United States Federal Census > Alabama > Lawrence image 77 Henry F. Farley 1 male 30-40 (1800-1810) 1 female 5-10 (1820-1825) Elmira Susan 1 female 10-15 (1815-1820) Mary Ann ? 1818 1 female 30-40 (1800-1810) Henry Farley was father of Mary Ann Jane Farley who married Thomas Harper Booth around 1833 (probably in Lawrence Co. AL). Henry and wife, Nancy White, and daughter, Elmira Susan Farley left for Texas in 1831. Henry applied for a Texas Land Grant, but died in 1834 before he could receive the title.
