RECTORS of southwest VIRGINIA area info needed

I am looking into my husband's RECTOR family line and would
like information regarding the parents of a relative named:

Vint Thomas RECTOR b. 17 AUG 1900? near Clinchburg, Virginia
He married Annie Catherine GRACE in FEB 1919
He died on 03 JAN 1963 in Saltville, Virginia

I have found conflicting/confusing possible parents for him:
Either Walter William RECTOR and Martha Lora SHEEVE/SHEVE
or William Walter RECTOR and Martha Lorraine HAYNES
Don't know if either are correct.

I greatly appreciate any information on Vint's parents.
