I know this may seem a litle long but this is very important to my grandmother.I am looking for my grandmother rose lee's sisters they were adopted by a couple from columbus ohio when they were about 11 and 7 years of age.My grandmother rose was adopted by a distant family member named florence anderson and moved to salt lake city ut where she has lived since she was 9 years old.They all lived together in bluff city va and there parents names were sylvia purdue(maiden) riggs and russel riggs.Russel riggs owned a cab company in giles county and also drove a cab.Sylvia the mother died in a mental hospital years later and we dont know what hapened to russel.My grandmother rose found her sister betty ann riggs 20 years later and knows she maried a man named charlie souls(soles)and they had 5 children at that time they were moving to plantation florida where charlie was head of a bank or a manager of some sort that was the last contact she had with them.Her other sisters name was mildred riggs and we dont know what hapened with her.I have some other personal infomation about this family if anyone might think they know who or where these people are please write me back this would compleat my granmother's life they would be around the ages of 65 and 69.
