Looking for information about Frances Rebecca Randolph Payne, daughter of Harry Moore PAYNE and Frances Hargrove PAYNE, born about 1894. They had a home called "Magnolia" in Mathews, Virigina. Frances married Donald CHISOLM in New York City in February, 1919. Chisolm later went to prison for grand larceny and later remarried. What happened to Frances? Did she die an early death, get divorced, what? Sister Annette married Duward Belmont Frampton of Pittsburgh in 1913, older brother Marion H. PAYNE married wife Edith VOELLER, died 1926, leaving his wife and son, Clinton V Payne.
