Mary Farrow, 1881 Halifax, VA or Halifax, NC

I am looking for the parents of my great great grandmother. Her name was Mary Farrow.
She was born on March 15, 1881 in Halifax County, North Carolina or Halifax County, Virginia.
Her mothers name was Fannie Farrow and I do not know anything about her father.
Mary Farrow married William Carr of Martin County on December 22, 1909 and they had 12 kids.
Mary Farrow Carr died on March 10, 1983 in Martin County.
If any one have any information about my family it would be greatly appreciated.
