I'm not related to this fammily.

Prior to the 1850 census, only the head of household was reported on the census page. Others living in the home whether direct family, relatives or servants were reported by gender & then by age range = 0 to 5, 5 & under 10, etc....

No place of birth was recorded.
1880 is the 1st census to report any family relationship - wife, dau., son, aunt, etc.........

When & where was Lucy J. [Carter] Smith born? ? ?
