I have a copy of a burial plot deed to Holston View cemetary sold to my parents M. Douglas Wagner and Betty Jo Bowers by members of the Dingus Family (my grandmother was Mary Wertie Dingus Wagner), and Lotus Blevins and her husband. The deed calls him Barnes Blevins (he signs it Barnes as well). The deed was originally owned by Hobart and Minnie Mary Dingus. Could Barnes Blevins be the same Charley Byron?
