Looking for record of marriage of Alexander Carter, Virginia or West Virginia and Sarah (Sally) Ann McKinney, Kentucky. Marriage most likely 1865 or 1866. First child, Henry born 1867. Family listed in Greenup County, Ky in 1880 census. Alexander married first to Molly may have been declared dead during War Between The States as she was supposed to have married again.Her brother reported this information to Alexander who never returned home. Sally was the widow of Wallace McKinney of Kentucky. Any information appreciated
