Where are Kennon Creek and Dunn's Springs?

Folks, I have a deed dating from 1829 in which my ancestor's land was located between Kennon's Spring and Dunn's Springs. This land fell within the original survey done by John Sydnor. i cant find Kennons or Dunns Springs on any map.

Can anyone describe where this land is in Richmond County. I believe its in Farnham Parish but that doesnt help much.
