I am planning to visit Richmond to do genelogical research. However, I would like to stay in town and just walk to the Library of Virginia so I don't have to rent a car. My problem is that I do not know the good/bad parts of town. Therefore I am not sure what are the better and safer hotels to consider.
Can someone help me?
