William Stone of Richmond County died in 1704 in N. Farnham Parish. He left a will, recorded Jan.1707, making Sarah his executrix and leaving his children very little. Her son, William entered a complaint against her, as exectrix, as the will (as she put it) was fraudulently removed from her custody without her knowledge. Two witnesses, Austin Breckinbrough and Andrew Dow (?) were questioned in court and swore that the will was correct. This questioning document was recorded in the County Court on the 31st of January 1707.....I would appreciate it if someone has, or could get, a copy of this document. I would be happy to pay. Thank you, Betty McGarity
