Hi, thanx for replying to my letter..My Grand parents names was,Vito and Serafina Vaccaro..My grandfather had a sister named Maria she has past on and her son is in Chicargo. His name is Carmelo Zacconne.He contacted us and says the name Vaccaro is very popular like Johnson...Our name was cut from vaccaronotte. I do not know if there is a connection, but it fun to look our accests thou..Did you ever look up the ellis island site.They list everyone that has come thru in Ellis Island. But you know my father always said..may he rest in peace.That is why we are all pisans and goobads and you never know you could be related too..Ciao JO Ann the towns proper name is castleterimini,Sicily
