Hi Laura,
I am also researching the Vaccaro family from Serracapriola. If this is the right Matteo he would have a brother Michele. Matteo came here at 20 yrs old on 4/10/1903 and Michele , age 30,followed on 5/16/1905 to Matteo's residence at 2213 1st Ave NY. Michele's wife Chiara Cardascia arrived on 9/24/1905 with his children Assunta ,age 8, Rosina, age 6 and Giuseppe ,age 3. Have you found any of these people in your search?
I can't find Michele and Chiara after their arrival.
Any help appreciated...I will help you in any way I can.
