I do not have detailed information on the Vache family but thought I would pass on this tidbit: In 1870 there was a Henry Vache, age 50, and family living in Philadelphia. One of the childern of this family, Ella Vache, married Charles Temple, who appears to have been living next door to the Vache family at the time of the 1870 census. Charles and Ella (Vache) Temple had three children, one of whom, Harry Vache Temple, married Catherine Dean in Worcester, MA, in the late 1890s. Catherine (Dean) Temple was my first cousin, three times removed.
