I read your email about our name being Arabic, and latin American and Italian, my sister has a copy of how our name came about, she was in Saint Augustine, FL and they had a genalogy company their, and paid to have a copy of our name history, it shows how the name grew, I am almost positive it when from arabic, to latin american and finaly to italian. I will get a copy of it and email it to you, if you don't have the info yet. Thanks for the response.
My Aunt Anne lives in venice or did, I lost her address and cannot remember her married name, we where not that close, I have only talk to her maybe three times in my life. anyway. She met a Joseph Vadala in Venice, and she said it freak her out because he look just like my father. This Joseph passed away about two years ago. My father (Joseph) passed away in 1979, around there.
