Hi, my maiden name is Vadala and my father's family is from New York (Chester). Have been interested in researching family tree. Vadala seems to be a fairly uncommon name. I tend to think that many of us may be related. I would love to know if maybe we could help one another. My grandfather's name is Isidore Vadala he came from Italy when he was approximately 17 in the early 1900's. He married my grandmother - Jenny Mondelo (her family was from Sicily), she also migrated over from Italy when she was a child. They had seven children - all of which are now up in there 60' - 80's. My father's name is Salvatore Vadala. Hope to hear from you!
