There were only 500 copies of this book.
I went to World Cat and found that there are 8 existing copies.
The 2 that are closest to me are in Tennessee.
One is at the TN. National Archives in Nashville, the other is at TN. TECH in Cookeville, TN. about 60 miles east of Nashville.
Have not found any copies for sale!
