Hi - I am in possession of letters & empty envelopes sent to " Vaden " family from dates 1853 to 1907. These letters are to Charles B Vaden and Sallie C Vaden. Addresses are as follows: Sallie Vaden Ashland - Virginia, (poss 1899), Sallie Vaden care of Charles B Vaden, Richmond, Virginia, dated 1867, Mrs Charles B Vaden Ashland, Virginia dated 23rd June 1907 & post marked Boston Mass, 23rd Jun, 1907 - Mrs Sallie C Vaden 837 West Grace ???, Richmond, VA, POST MARKED Oct 19th 1885, Mrs Chas B Vaden 5440 Morris Street, Gormanstown, Philadelphia, Penn dated 30th Aug 1894,Mrs Chas B Vaden, Ashland,Hanover Co, VA Post marked Philadelphia Mar 8th 1905 and short letter beautifully written (possibly by "Brooke")dated 27th May 1853.
I am very happy to correspond with anyone who has genuine family connections.
