I am seeking information on a Vadnais family that originated in Montreal, and eventually ended up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Specifically, I am seeking information about a Maurice or Joseph-Maurice who was born around 1830 and emigrated to the Ishpeming-Negaunee area of Michigan around 1860. Parents are unknown at this time. Only information that his father's name may be Joseph.
