I also have an interest in the Vagg family. I believe the William Vagg in the 1901 censuss the son of Edwin and Martha Vagg. There was a baptism of a William John Vagg in Clandown to Edwin and Martha on 26 July 1875. This is probably him unless he was an elder brother who died very young. I have traced the Vagg family back to the early 1700's. If you would like to contact me, I can send you a family history.
