My Edward Vail Jr. is probably not the one you are looking for though they are somehow connected from their past ancestors. My gggrandfather Edward Vail b. 1809 d. 1879 is married to Anna Scott and they do have a son Edward Jr. b. 1834 m. Emily Hawley. He, his wife, and children are all mostly buried at the Vail Cemetery in Dunham Quebec and lived there most of their lives. I was looking at your past postings, and since I have a large Vail Family Tree found a few of the names you mention. I have Israel Vail b. 1761 m. Eleanor DeLong m. Oct 11, 1782 in New Hackensack, Dutchess Cty NY and their 9 children but I am missing the Thomas that you say is their son. I have Lavina, Mary, Hannah, Rachel, Micah, Issac, Diana, Phoebe, and Peter. I also have a Rachel Husted, no date, married to Henry Frost and one child, Johnathan Frost b. Jan 13,1779. Jonathan is married to Keziah Vail b. 1782. She died in Bristol, Ontario Cty, NY. and they have 7 children. If I bumped into anything more I will let you know.
