I'm looking for the individual who posted the tree "Di Roma4" on World Connect. I do not have an Ancestry membership so I can't connect directly. I believe I am descended from the Isaac E. Vail who died in Dutchess Co. New York in 1818. His son was Israel I. Vail whose own son was Thomas Vail b. abt. 1800. I believe my 2nd great grandfather Edward Thomas Vail b. abt. 1818 in Pleasant Valley, NY was Thomas's son with his first wife Mary (Polly) Cottrell. I have not been able to document Edward's parents. The rest of the tree from Edward goes down through his youngest son Percy Eugene b. 1867 to Percy Edward b. 1897 and then to my father Raymond Edward b. 1920 in Poughkeepsie, New York. Can you assist me in making a valid connection from Edward to Thomas?
