Hi Jim, I don't have any info on Vails in Virgina or Ohio, but the Robert S. Vail website on Family Treemakers has a huge tree of descendents of Thomas Vail and includes people born all over the U.S. Just Google Robert S. Vail and you'll see it. The Heritage Quest site which I get free through my local public library has the Alfred Vail Index Reference which is a series of research questionaires sent and returned to Alfred. I found my 3rd, 4th, and 5th great grandfathers there. Also there is the Moses Vail of Huntington, Long Island book on Heritage. That is an unusual spelling for Isaiah? It usually has 2 "a"s. If you have that much info on Isaiah try finding him on World Connect. Priscilla is usually spelled with the "s". You see all kinds of spelling on these sites. So you should also try the Vale, Veal, Veall, Viele spellings in your search.
