Sheron,
I have corresponded wih an Annette Brown, who is married to Grace VanBevers' grandson. She has given me what she has on that family. Grace and Taylor had eight children, Hallie, Taylor Lester, John Raymond, Bernard Logan, Hazel Irene, Fredrick Earl, helen, and George Lewis. At least five of them are deceased now.
I have also corresponded with a Belinda Jolley, who desends from Mary Elizabeth. You may try her. She did not know anymore on the Halls' either.
Thank you for sharing what you have. The Golden Cemetery you mentioned is also the same cemetery I mentioned, Bruce/Cox. The Perkins' children must be in unmarked graves also. I suspect John and Mariah are, as well as Thomas Hall,Martha Leath Hall, William R. Hall, Thomases' brother, probably Thomases father, Pinkney, and a son of Thomas, Richard Thomas. There are a total of 25 unmarked graves in that cemetery. I have the death certificate for William R. Hall, and it states he is buried there. But the cemetery listing does not list him. I know his widow had a hard time getting a burial pension for him, and it took about a year and a half to get $140.00. So I doubt she had enough money for a headstone. I'm going to visit that cemetery soon, I hope to find out more.
