Jennifer, Thanks for the information. It was not in relation to my genealogy. Can you check you census data for a Catherine VanBuren married to a James Gifford of NY,PA.
They lived in the mid 1800's. Had a son named Joseph borned in 1881 in NY. Thanks for the help. Greg Gifford
