The George Cook who was the son of Hendrick Cook and Antje Ryerson was born 14 January, 1775 in NJ. I have no further information on him. Indications are that this family was from the area of Pompton Plains, Morris Co., NJ. According to what I have, both Hendrick and Antje died in Beavertown, NJ. I have no date for his death, but there is reliable information that she died before March, 1833 according to the Orphan's Court Session of July, 1833, as follows:
-----------------------------
Ann Cook (Orphans' Court July 1833) deceased before March 1833. Land in Pequannack along the road from Pompton Plains to Morristown near the tow path of the Morris Canal. Heirs: John H Cook, the house lot on the south-east side of the Morris Canal; George Cook; Mary Cook, deceased leaving children, wife of Francis Cook; Catherine Yocum, nee Cook who had sold her rights to Peter Knouse; Martin, deceased, had also sold his right to Peter Knouse; Peter Cook, deceased, leaving heirs; Ann Husk, nee Cook, the barn lot; Sarah wife of Peter Knouse, nee Cook; Nicholas Cook, deceased, who had sold his shares to Benjamin Crane. Some of the heirs were minors under the age twenty one.
Commissioners: Thomas Van Winkle and E B Gaines. July 1 1833.
Mention is made of a lot where Albert Terhune now lives and
also of Van Houten's Tavern.

It does appear from this that this particular George may not have had issue.
The VanDerCook lineage for this George VDC goes:
1. Frances VanDerKoek and Laventje DeVries (immigrants, circa 1686)
2. Michael VanDerKoek (immigrant, circa 1686) and Saertje Joosten, daughter of Joost Fransen and Geertruy Auckes VanNuys
3. Hendrick Cook and Catharina Post
4. Hendrick Cook and Antje/Ann Ryerson, daughter of Judge Joris Ryerson, Jr. and Marytje "Polly" DuBois
5. George Cook
