I am not researching these people, but have a copy of a sheet from a genealogy book (don't know why). It is page 84 from the book and person #441 is Ruth Bracebridge. The information states:
"Ruth Bracebridge and Harley Vaughn were married on 4 May 1759 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England, in All Saints Church. Harley Vaughn was born about 1727. Ruth Bracebridge and Harley Vaughn had the following children.
#625 i. George Harley Vaughn was born about 10 Oct 1760 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England. He was baptized on 8 Nov 1760 in All Saints Church...."
#626 ii. Mary Vaughn was born about 10 Nov 1761 in Leicester, (etc.). She was baptized in Belgrave Parish Church on 3 Dec 1761 in Leicester, (etc.)"
#627 iii. Frances Vaughn was born about 20 Nov 1762 in Belgrave, (etc.). She was baptized on 19 Dec 1762 in Belgrave, (etc.)"
#628 iv. John Francis Vaughn was born about 1 Feb 1764 in Leicester, (etc.). He was baptized in Saint Martin's Church on 1 Mar 1764 in Leicester, (etc.)"
The only other information I noticed on Harley Vaughn is that he and Richard Bracebridge were witnesses for the marrige of John Bracebridge and Elizabeth Hextall in 1761 in Leicester.
There is nothing further on the page regarding the Vaughns. There is further information concerning the Bracebridges.
I have nothing else on either family.
