Hi my name is Leon Cox. I am currently searching for my birth mother Julie Vaughn. I was adopted at birth on april 20, 1967 in Tulsa Oklahoma at the Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital which is now OSU Medical Center. I think that Julie was 16 years of age at my birth which would make her birthday around 1951. If you have any information that could help me I would appreciate it.
