That is a very good thing. Sharing photos with family and friends after all these years.
If I may suggest, there should be an obituary on Richard Garcia around the time of his death listed at Galveston, Texas. Give or take a week or so in the local newspapers.
Perhaps you could find someone to do a look up for you on an obituary.
That obituary should list his living parents, and any living siblings at the time of Richard Garcia's death, January 30, 1967.
You may then do a people search on those individuals and perhaps find those family members, and again, let me say, that it is a good thing you are doing, seeking them out.
