I salute you and want to say 'Thank You' at the same time.
I have decided that any vet whether still active, retired etc. I will salute them and say Thanks to all I see walk past me. It is us as citizens who should be Thanking our vets and military, for if it wasn't for them, we may not have the freedom we do have. I also want to get more people aware of our POW/MIA's that we still have.
I lost a cousin in Vietnam. I was only 8 at the time, so never really knew the war. I am learning and becoming more aware of them now, maybe because of the Gulf War and I was old enough to understand more than.
