Jill: I am a Military Historian in Washington, DC and would like to offer a suggestion. Learn to find out what happened, in detail, of some of these men that were killed over there. Tell me where you're from, and I'll tell you who was KIA from your city and who they were attached to. Make a project out of this. I'll walk you through, step by step, how to get declassified records of what happened to them, what was going on, and why/how they died. You can then try to locate possible family members to get bio background information......and put a face to a name on a granite wall. I've been doing this for many years now, and each man has a story behind them that needs to be told. These tiny slices of action will give you a better idea of what we did over there than reading 100 books. If you're interested, email me directly. Bruce Swander
