Hello Bruce:
I was able to get into counterparts.net today and found the non us personnel locator form regarding my search for Tran Ngoc Con Son. I filled out the form, submitted it but the email to somebody named Joe bounced back. The form give an address and phone mumber in the states for him which I won't post here, but do you think I should simply print out the information in my submission to this person and send it to him snail mail? Takes about 2 weeks from Vietnam. If not, what do you think I should do at this point?
