758th S&S ; Ft Riley,Ks to Phu Loi, Vietnam 1967

In 1967, my friend Sgt Raymond Kennedy was with the 758th Supply and Service Co at Ft Riley,KS, in the laundry section at Ft Riley. On February 27, 1967 the 758th S&S left for San Francisco, and sailed on the USS William Wiegel to Phu Loi, Vietnam. Including Pvt Jackie D. Kennedy, Pvt Richard Schoville, and Orville R. Hart, and many others I didn't know. The 758th S&S got attached to the 29th General Support Group in early March 1967. Later, they got attached to the 266th S&S Bn, then in April 1967 they got attached to the 610th Maintance Bn. Ray and I reciently talked to a Jim Weatherspoon, who's trying to get a reunion going for the 758th. The last reunion was held in 2000. Alot of the paperwork for the 758th S&S was burned in a fire at St Louis. So if you were in the 758th S&S; contact me. My name then was Norma McClearn in 1966/7 in Junction City,Ks
