Lillie May Kenyon was born 17 Jun 1867 in Hardwick, Caledona County VT. She was a daughter of William A. and Mercy (Bunker) Kenyon. Mercy died 30 Jun 1867 leaving the little baby motherless. Apparently taken to nurse by Mrs James Nelson. Lillie was later adopted by the Nelson family, as William and the rest of the family left for Iowa soon after. We are trying to learn if Lillie survived and possibly married and had children of her own.
