Eustache Lambert b. 1785 Ste. Marie, PQ, m. Marie Menard d. 1860 Highgate, VT

I have researched Highgate, Vermont town office records to find records pertaining to whom assume to be my great great, great grandfather, Eustache Lambert, and his wife, Marie Menard. According to the records, Eustache (anglicized into Justin) was born in 1785 in St Mary (Ste. Marie?) Quebec and died on August 13, 1860 in Highgate, Vermont. Marie Menard was born in 1787 and died on April 3, 1863. Both are buried in the Old St. Louis Catholic Cemetary in Highgate Center, Vermont. I am assuming that they had at least one child, Theodore Lambert, who married Sophia (Sophie?) Douceau (Dussault) in Highgate, Vermont on March 15, 1838 because the graves of both couples are in adjacent plots. Theodore and Sophia had 12 children. I would appreciate any infomation about ancestors of Eustache Lambert and Marie Menard. Ray Lambert
