Serving as Union Soldiers in the Civil War 1861+ from Vermont were:

1) Charles A. BLANCHARD of Strafford, Orange Co., VT, who was killed in action on Sept. 13, 1864, and

2) Charles BLANCHARD of Burlington, Vermont.
