Arthur Tappan Pierson's daughter--Vermont preacher, turn of 19th century

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone here would have specific information on Arthur Tappan Pierson's daughter who was a missionary to Vermont. She pastored a church (I assume Presbyterian, like her famous father) and worked with the poor.

I don't believe she ever married. That (the lack of direct descendants) might make it more difficult for me to find information, but I thought I'd try. On the other hand, it does mean her name would have remained Pierson.

I wonder what her name was, and even more than that, where exactly she pastored. Town name? Church name? Any extant writings?

I'm not a Pierson, just curious. Vermont has long been an interest of mine, as have early examples of scripturally inerrantist egalitarian viewpoints in action.

Arthur Tappan Pierson would also have been a descendant of Abraham Pierson, one of the founders of Yale College and its first President.

Thank you.
