Nancy, when I didn't hear back from you I threw away all the notes I had made. I should be able to find it all again. I will try to familiarize myself with it again and I'll get back to you. I forget easily because I try to help at least one person every day so I have probably worked on 10 or more families since then. Hope your husband is ok. If you have posted an email address on this site I will use it and email you directly. I will check for it by clicking on your name. They camouflage them so you don't get spammed which is why I don't type my email address here in this field.
