Charleen, Jeremiah Henry Norton was born in 1826, not 1816/16 as you mentioned in this email.
I hope you saved the last info I sent you.
There really are only a couple I found that you can trace back to earlier years and the ones that stand out to me are ones I found in 1860 of course, too old, for Jeremiah to be with them as these two were 66 but the place and ages seem to fit and you might want to try to follow up on these 2 as well as the children I sent you born to Jeremiah, follow up on them and you might find out who their grandparents were.
There was a Rachel and Nathan in 1860 which makes them born in 1794 and if they were Jeremiah's parents then they would have had him when they were 32.
Now, Nathan was born in Vermont and Rachel was born in Canada.
