I just got some information that says Jeremiah Henry Norton was born in Glover, Vt, March 8, 1825, instead of Orleans. I did also find out that Mary Ann Electa Taylor was the daughter of Rufus Taylor and Amanda Post Taylor from Massachusetts.

So still looking for Jeremiah Henry Norton's parents.
