The parents of Samuel are still in some question but I got a lead from Kathryn Buckley on RootsWeb.com. She has information under the title-Galusha/Fullers in Upstate NY. She had a Samuel Galusha as brother of Daniel, Thomas, Jacob, Abriam, and Reuben. This Samuel was born about 1754 in CT and died January 11, 1841 in Watervliet, NY. She had that the father was Nathaniel Galusha born Dec 16, 1719 in Rutland, Mass. If this is true then Nathaniel's parents are Nathaniel (b. 1691) in Chelmsford and Anna. This Nathaniel lived also in Rutland and then in Dunstable MA. He is the ancestor of families of Galusha in Williamstown, West Stockbridge and southern Vermont. My own family history had a mistake in it. My ancestor is Marcia Galusha who was listed as the daughter of Jacob Galusha (cousin of the second (1719) Nathaniel) but she seems to be the daughter of Samuel Galusha instead. I continue to reseach this line. Let me know what you find and I will do the same.
