Hi Carolyn,
Your Jacob Wells who died 5 Dec 1822 age 78 years is buried in the "Corinth Cemetery" also called the "Village Cemetery" in Corinth, Vermont. Also buried there is Judan Wells (spelt that way) died 20 Feb 1823 age 70 years.
Another is Chauncy D. Wells died August 1808 son of I think it says Blden or Elden & Fanny Wells. Thats it under "Wells" I hope this helps. I looked under the old East Corinth Cemetery and he wasn't there.
