Bureau of the Census NARA, Washington, D.C. You should request Orange County cemeteries/burial records' lookups on the Stanley surname, if you haven't done so already. I didn't go further than the 1900 - could not find Henry Stanley in the 1900 in any state or in the 1901 Census of Canada. Same for his father John Stanley. Have you checked the FHL library catalog as well?
