1812 Clark's in Williamstown, Orange, Vt.

I'm trying to connect Daniel Clark, b. 1812, probably Williamstown, Vt; parents John Clark (1770-1859) and Suzannah Hazen (1777-1862); with the Daniel Clark who married Nancy Pomeroy Brown in 1844 in the Congressional church in Montpelier, VT. This (second) daniel clark would later reside in VT, MS, NJ, and finally in Philadelphia.

I believe both Daniel Clark's are the same person, but can't prove it yet. Anyone have info that will prove or disprove the connection?
