Special Collections at the University of Vermont Library has/had a prison roster of Windsor Prison from the second half of the 19th century. Dont know the specific years. Some info such as height, hair and eye color, admission and release date and I believe crime were included.
I also think I remember seeing a roster of prisoners in some Vermont Dept of Corrections annual reports from the 1800s. (Perhaps it wasnt called Corrections in those days)
The Vermont Historical Society in Montpelier could perhaps help you with these.
