To Deborah & Rosemary, I was born in Cavendish and I know Carmine Guica, his sister bought and lives in the house that my grandfather built back in 1927 after the great flood of 1927 in Cavendish, I also have the same book. I am also related to the Stockers and the Carlisle. Edna Carlisle ( my mothers sisters child ) married Arthur Stocker. there is also another book out about Cavendish,VT called " Chubb Hill Farm " by Barbara B Kingsbury. my grandfather worked in the woolen mill for years until he got hurt and then he sold ice for a living. I was born in a building where the post office stands now.
