BERNARD LANDER, born at Kearney, Nebraska, September 23, 1881, is an electrician. Being the son of a schoolmistress and of a college graduate, we would naturally think that he received a fairly good education. I do not know whether he can write or not. I have wasted several perfectly good stamps on him, all to no avail. I learned in some way that he married a white woman and continued living at Vancouver. It also leaked out that he has two children, GENE, born in 1915 (whether a girl or boy, I do not know), and VIRGINIA, born in 1917. If at all possible,
Austin, place of birth, place of death, Cemetery where buried.
Virginia, place of death and Cemetery where buried.
If at all possible photos of couple and a little biography.
If you are comfortable with it, first names of their children - apparently three.
If you have additional information on Virginia's parents, that would be great too.
I would be more than happy to share all of have on their Lander ancestry if interested. I have volumes of information on database.
My family research is my legacy to my children and grandchildren, however, I freely share all that I have researched. I have also received generous contributions by cousins.
Due to volume of information, I would need to attach direct ancestry to an e-mail address. If you wish all Lander ancestry I would have to burn a CD and mail - over 5,000 pages.
This family are descendants of Patriarch Jacob Lander.
