Hi Judy, Thank you so much for your follow-up! I, too, think that Jesse Caskey left after his wife died. We are trying to piece together the whole story. We know, that after Bertha died in 1914, their five little girls were put on a train to Council Buffs, Iowa. They were raised by Bertha's brother, Bert Boggs and wife. I have sent for a certified death certificate (for Bertha) in hopes that it will provide additional information. Any additional information would be truly appreciated. Thanks again, Joanne
